Tina Lee is a writer, editor and project manager based out of Berlin focused on journalism, migration and human rights. She works as head of ambassador network for the global non-profit journalism network, Hostwriter. She is the editor-in-chief of the volume *Unbias the News: Why diversity matters for journalism* (2019) and co-founded the website MigrationVoter.com. She strives to balance single parenthood with work and long-term goals.
